Rajiv Manucha
President and CEO
Raj Manucha has led the company for more than 30 years. After completing Engineering and MBA degrees, Mr. Manucha joined the leadership team at IBM, refining his management acumen for several years before accepting the opportunity presented by eCustoms.
Maria Sheppard
Executive Vice-President, Trade Content, Customs Brokerage, and Consulting Services
Maria Sheppard is Executive Vice President and leads the Trade Content, Customs Brokerage, and Consulting Services divisions, serving in these roles since 1983. Ms. Sheppard holds several university degrees, is a Licensed Customs Broker, and brings extensive field experience to compliment her management skills.
Marc Roy
Vice President, Global Business and Solution Development
Marc Roy is has served with eCustoms for more than 25 years and leads the Global Business and Solution Development division. Mr. Roy has overseen the development of several key markets, including Export Compliance and Government solutions for North America.
Steven Crozier
Vice President, Director of Technology
Steven Crozier is the Director of Technology, serving in this capacity for over 25 years. With extensive field experience, Mr. Crozier brings depth and knowledge to the Research and Development and Support teams.

Paul Constanzo
Group Manager, Import Compliance Solutions
Paul Constanzo heads up the Import Compliance Solution Group. Paul is responsible for developing, deploying and incorporating our various import compliance solutions with a client's business processes.
Paul Davies
Group Manager, Export Compliance Solutions
Paul Davies is responsible for the development and deployment of online knowledge systems, and also manages the research team charged with keeping required export regulations, tariff, screening, and other content and knowledge materials up-to-date.
Tony Giuliano
Group Manager, NAFTA Compliance Solutions
Tony Giuliano is the Project Manager for our NAFTA Compliance Solutions — having served in this capacity since 1994 the year the NAFTA Agreement was ratified.
