"The international trade industry is dynamic and can literally change overnight. I feel
it is of utmost importance for eCustoms to maintain a presence on the frontlines, not

"Listening to our customers remains one of eCustoms' greatest strengths, and it's

Steven Crozier
Vice President, Director of Technology
Steven Crozier is the Director of Technology for eCustoms, serving in this capacity
for over 15 years. With a degree in Computer Science and extensive field experience,
Mr. Crozier brings depth and knowledge to the eCustoms Development and Support teams.

development leader for a database that housed both the Import and Export data of
an international trade enterprise. The MOAD architecture is now the foundation of
eCustoms' suite of international trade compliance applications.
"Constant innovation is the hallmark of a great company. By consistently rethinking
our approach to compliance solution development, we can utilize not only evolving
industry knowledge, but technical advances as well. The eCustoms vision of automated
compliance solutions remains grounded in industry know-how, but is also driven by the
desire to utilize the latest and greatest in systems technology."

Selina Kwan
Vice President of Finance and Controller
Selina Kwan has been the Vice President of Finance and Controller at MSR eCustoms for
more than 15 years. During her tenure, the Company has been profitable each and every
year, and has not had to accept any outside investment to develop the business.
|
|
Her background in finance allows Ms. Kwan to adhere to her strong principles of
fiscal management and corporate responsibility, and it's this vision that keeps the
Company on its steady financial course. She is the voice of reason on the Senior
Management team, ensuring that decisions taken are not only technically feasible,
but financially feasible as well.
"eCustoms' long history of profitability is important to me, and drives me to examine
each and every aspect of the business to the smallest degree. We have had opportunities
in the past to enter into venture capital partnerships, but I feel that to be a
dangerous road. It's my opinion that vc dollars can put a company in position to act
on it's impulses, and that can be a dangerous situation."
