Export Documentation Management

In a single process, the Export Documentation Solution:

• Produces required export documentation, including NAFTA certificates
• Performs full export compliance checking
• Electronically submits shipment information via AES or CAED.

Complete notifications are available in electronic formats, including e-mail, fax, or paper as needed. All special information requirements: U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) documents, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) documents, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) documents and others are created with ease. It can also perform denied party screening (DPS) and restricted party screening RPS, including Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) under the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) rules, and over 100 other denied, blocked, sanctioned, law enforcement, and terrorist lists.

This expandability allows you to customize your solution before deployment and keeps the system dynamic, providing opportunities to expand capabilities, as your business needs change.

Interface options are also available for both versions, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) connectivity, automated electronic AES submission, and applications support for Restricted Party Screening and NAFTA management.

Network Version

The network version provides full-level functionality that is simple to install and maintain and requires little in the way of IT resources for deployment. This version can operate on a local network among a group of users or on a single desktop machine. It is ideally suited for clients with a limited number of users and locations.

Client-Server Version

The Client-Server version is designed with larger corporate customers in mind. This version offers tremendous flexibility in configuration. It can be implemented in multiple locations with a variety of data host and user interface options and supports the speed, massive data storage, and built-in security of an Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) based data source or server, using proprietary large-scale database architecture.
