Re: Visual Gateway — e-Manifest
Please accept this letter as our recommendation for eCustoms' e-Manifest solution. We were very happy with the training and support that we received from eCustoms.
We have a small fleet of 4 trucks. With the template option, it has made the e-Manifest process very efficient for CAP Trucking. We have FAST-approved drivers, and as such eCustoms' system has allowed us to store FAST-approved drivers' information in a template format so that we don't have to enter the driver information and number each time a manifest is created.
From the first phone call to Rob Faucher at eCustoms, he walked me through a short informative session which put me at ease that I was not the only one feeling completely lost. We had the support during the transition into the e-Manifest world, which we knew nothing about.
After the initial training, we had the continued support of the help desk. I have called them many times since with questions that come up during my day and there is always an answer to my questions.

Hi Robert,
Just wanted to let you know, we have been using Visual Gateway for two weeks now — no problems at all.
Our drivers were a little hesitant at first to try the ACE manifests, but now are telling us that it is easier than BRASS.
High praise indeed from a group that resists change of any kind.
When I told them that their loads were accepted by CBP less than 10 minutes after I started entering their information, they were impressed!
This is so much easier!
