- eCustoms' main headquarters building features a backup generator so you can be sure that your e-Manifests get to Customs in the event of a power failure.
- We also have redundant back-up servers for all of our data, and we maintain two mirrored backup sites, each located on different power and telephone grids, with all necessary office facilities (full telephone and high-speed internet services, computers and work areas, copiers/printers/faxes, etc.) and access to all relevant government servers (ACE, ABI, etc.), ensuring full service availability in the event of downtime at our primary location.
