AMPS PENALTIES AND CONTRAVENTIONS

The AMPS program was implemented through changes to the Customs Act, in full effect since October 2002. This page displays each section of the Act that was adjusted to enable AMPS. You can select either by the affected party (exporter, importer, broker, warehouse, transporter, and so forth), or by the section number.
