Rajiv Manucha
President
Raj Manucha founded MSR in 1981 as a software company specializing in International Trade Solutions. He earned a B.A.Sc. (Engineering),
and an MBA (Masters of Business Administration), before joining IBM.
The vision Mr Manucha brought to his own company for superior import and export systems soon matured into offering the leading automated
trade solutions available, together with brokerage and customs audit operations. A three-time winner of the "50 Best Managed Companies
Award", the company continues to prosper under Mr Manucha's direction.

Maria Sheppard
Executive Vice-President
Maria Sheppard joined MSR in 1983, after completing a degree in Linguistics.
Ms. Sheppard has worked closely with Mr Manucha over the past 19 years to fully realize the potential
of MSR systems and resources, and is presently in charge of the Project Development, Communications, Trade Content, and Brokerage Services
divisions.

Marc Roy
Vice-President
Marc brings leadership to the MSR Multi-Site Solutions Deployment and Sales divisions.
Joining MSR in 1987, Marc brought his keen analytical skills to MSR's lengthy history of growth,
now with more than 15 years business experience in trade systems under his belt.

Steven Crozier
Director, Development
Responsible for design and architecture of the MSR suite of International Trade Solutions, Steven provides corporate direction for infrastructure
and major functionality.
With a degree in Computer Science and 15 years field experience, Mr Crozier brings depth and knowledge to the MSR development and support teams'
design, maintenance, and implementation of ecustoms systems and solutions, both on-line and integrated.
