IMPLEMENTATION

The MSR implementation plan targets several goals, including:

• Developing a broad understanding of the client's goals and fine-tuning of the work plan to meet those goals
• Consultation with and education of client staff to gain a mutual framework for understanding Global Customs and how to best utilize it to meet specific objectives
• Smooth and efficient implementation of Global Customs in the client's environment. This implementation focuses on the most efficient combination of MSR's and the client's resources
• Minimizing the number of client-specific customizations to Global Customs systems

Joint Model
