Administrative Associate

Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking from someone to join our team of experienced Administrative Associates! You are friendly, outgoing and sincerely interested in working with others to get things done efficiently. You have excellent administrative and organizational skills and you enjoy the variety of challenging projects and tasks. You are detail oriented with data entry and phone experience and enjoy learning as well as explaining processes and procedures to others. You have great communication skills and you are comfortable and pleasant when dealing with inbound or outbound calls.

  • Successful experience in Administrative roles in an office business to business setting
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral

Experienced Customer Service Representative (B2B)

We are looking from someone to join our team of experienced Customer Service Representatives! You will utilize your excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, communication and time management skills, to ensure that your dedicated portfolio of existing clients are happy with our software and using it to their best advantage. You will make recommendations to address gaps, take initiative to provide solutions to recurring problems and provide feedback. You will work in an interesting B2B environment helping our large installed base of satisfied clients solve business problems.

You will keep informed of our product line and industry trends that may impact client requirements and actively increase product knowledge as our offerings evolve to better serve our ever-changing market.

Conveniently located in spacious offices close to transit and highway access from downtown Toronto, and most other locations in the GTA (401 and Allen Expressway, a five minute walk from the Wilson subway station.

How do I get there?

From Downtown Toronto

  • North on Don Valley Parkway, Yonge St. or Avenue Rd. to Highway 401
  • West on 401 to Allen Rd north
  • Exit on Wilson Heights Blvd. south, and continue past 1st set of lights. Wilson Heights Blvd. becomes Tippett Rd. south of Wilson Ave
  • eCustoms is located at the end of Tippett Rd, on right

From Highway 401

  • Exit at Allen Road north

Is there parking?

Yes. We offer complimentary visitor parking at the front of the building, between the moose statue and the front entrance.

Additionally, free parking is included in your employment agreement.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Reception is located on the 1st floor, through the doors on the right (opposite the elevators).

What can I expect during my interview?

To ensure we hire the best candidate, there are generally multiple components to our assessment. Additionally, because we want people who are a good fit for our organization and work culture, you may meet with more than one eCustoms staff member during your interview.

How long should I expect to be there?

Interview length varies anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours. To be safe, we recommend that you block off up to two hours. Don't forget to factor in travel time, which will also vary depending on where you are coming from.
